Would nitroglycerin spray be useful

Does anyone know if nitroglycerin sublingual (under tongue) spray would be useful ? it's also known as GTN spray.

I dont know took nitroglycerin once fingers and lips turned blue felt like I was dying this was an accident

I just thought since it affects the heart.. someone might be able to give more info

It might work if there was enough of it but I dont know maybe someone else on here knows something
