• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I understand that ingesting a lot of diazepam orally can/will cause vomiting and so an antiemetic is required to suppress this. I was wondering though whether using suppositories to get the drug into my system would also cause vomiting? In other words, is vomiting caused by the stomach's reaction to the drug or is it the body's reaction to the drug being absorbed into the bloodstream?

I haven't finally decided on my preferred method to ctb, but whichever method I finally choose will involve taking a relatively high dose of diazepam to reduce the anxiety (I already have diazepam on prescription). I also read up on how to make suppositories using something like cocoa butter.

It depends on how you will ctb. Antiemetics are essential for N and amitriptyline but only recommended for sodium nitrite.

Diazepam rectally will likely cause you to shit it out before taking effect I think.

No plan to use drug-related methods.

This was one of my concerns. Butt plug maybe :pfff:

My main reason for asking is that I'm not sure if I can get the antiemetic. Probably best to find out the answer to that question first. I know a dodgy pharmacist near me. I'll go check it out.

Thanks for the info. I'll order from them if I can't get it locally. Am I correct in thinking Perinorm (Metoclopramide) is the correct one to use?

Note I wasn't able to order with my credit card. I had to use an e-check I think it was.

I think you would need lots of diazepam to make you throw them up. If it's just to make you less anxious i don't think you would need to worry, though i appreciate you might have high tolerance if you're prescribed them. I once took about 10 5mg valium in one go with some alcohol, half a bottle of wine or so and it just knocked me out pretty quickly, there was no nausea. I had been taking one 5mg every evening for a few months.

A few thoughts:
-swallowing a lot of anything can make you vomit. Diaz isn't more known for it than anything else
  • it would be very difficult to administer a large quantity of anything via suppository- suppositories are all about surface area-only so many suppositories can fit up there in single file
  • you should be able to get Antiemetics by going to a doc and saying you're due to go on a cruise so need it to prevent seasickness or you think you ate some bad food last night and now you feel a bit uneasy in the stomach

Many thanks for everyone's input. Based on this information, I've decided to drop the suppository idea.

I'm not sure exactly how much diaz I'm going to take beforehand as it largely depends on which method I choose. I'm currently considering either the night-night method or the tourniquet method described in Five Last Acts. With either of these methods I would not be taking large quantities as I would need to remain lucid during the procedure, so an antiemetic may not be needed. The other method I'm considering would require a larger quantity, so I would like to have an antiemetic to hand just in case.

Having reread the Wikibooks entry on Suicide/Toxification/Antiemetic regimen, I think Domperidone may be my best option and I believe it's available OTC where I live.

Again, thanks for everyone's help.
