Would covering my head mess up the hanging?

Was aiming to go out by SN but it seems like I'd die of old age before I'd get the chance lol. Leaning towards partial hanging now and I'm gonna try being considerate for anyone who stumbles across me. Would putting something to cover my head/face mess anything up?

As long as you keep the covering loose and clear of the noose & rope I can't see how it would affect anything.
Whilst the subject of judicial hanging was hooded, that was a different method as they were dropped to break their neck rather than choked or the blood vessels compressed.

Smart move switching from SN to partial. No, a bag won't hurt your odds at all, if anything it'll help. Plus, yes, it'll spare the scare.

A pillow case would work. As long as you do not have anything very thick that can cause uneven pressure. For partial, don't go easy, really lean into it like you mean it. That gets the quick black-out.
