Would anyone be kind enough to review my rope choices for FSH?

Would anyone be kind enough to suggest which rope will be optimal? I would like suggestions if both turn out to be risky.

I think you might want to go thicker, like 12mm

I would not use the first one as the diameter is only 6mm. 10-12mm is ideal for comfort. You can use a thinner rope, you may just need to pad it some.

I would also be hesitant with a nylon rope as it may stretch. A polyester ooe would be better. Braided also.

I'm the furthest person from that, to even consider trying out household chemicals.

The second one looks good. People will wrap something like a shirt or a towel either around the rope or their neck.
