hi, i was just wondering if overdosing on sertraline would be a way to successfully kill myself. if yes, how many mg would it take?

You're more than likely just going to suffer something called Serotonin Syndrome by OD'ing on sertraline. I wouldn't try this because it will most likely be a terrible "trip". In your head and on the way to the hospital.

I took sertraline as med and that's the reason why i'm on this site. You'll probably survive a overdose and have the serotonin syndrome that can damage your health forever and make life even worse. It's not worth the risk.

You'll just end up messed up in hospital but not dead.

I tried this. I was extremely shaky had a rapid heartbeat. Couldn't think clearly and was doing stupid things. I don't how much I exactly had taken but didn't pass out or anything..

antidepressants and neuroleptics won't work
benzos opiates may work, but rather not
barbiturates should work, but not always

I just took 80 150mg of Seroquel and 30 promethizine And bottle of vodka was unconscious and was found made full recovery was a horrible experience overdose is so unreliable

i am like that every morning i wake up , without drugs ! i think its the disappointment of not dying naturally in my sleep :notsure:

I recently had serotonin syndrome, not on purpose but due to medication I was put on and not being able to handle ssri's. Ended up in the hospital and never felt so ill ever. Pain was incredible. Not worth it and chances of you being successful not huge.
