I know of the SN method but, in the event I can't get it, would oral morphine be a good way to guarantee CTB?
I've OD'd on it before - I took an (apparently semi-instant release, given my inadequate crushing and spillage everywhere LOL) morphine tab and a bit - I think it came out to about 420mg of Zomorph if I remember correctly? The feelings were weird to say the least. Very peaceful. No pain. Very jovial and uncaring. Unfortunately, as mentioned, I crushed poorly and waited too long between ingesting more so it failed. I can probably find more on DNMs though.
Next time around, if I go for it, how many pills should I go for? The PPeH states that asking how many morphine tabs to hoard is like asking how long a piece of string is, but for most people, what would be the go-to minimum amount I should grab? I remember hearing 200mg is the limit before ODs really start to pile up, and since oral bioavailability is around 50%(?) then it should be upwards of 400mg, maybe 500mg for me at once next time? I'm not too sure.
