• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

This is something I deal with a lot while being on workers comp for so long. The thought of going back to work at all anywhere just makes me want to hang myself. So so tired of dealing with toxic workplaces from managers and corporate buffoons that have less brain power than a monkey. Always told to keep going anyway and it gets better. Wish I could actually believe that was true.

I hadn't realized how many people are dealing with workplace bullying until I began hearing people's stories online.

r/workplace_bullying (on reddit) is filled with people dealing with the same thing.

I'm sorry you're dealing with it. It's like work is grueling and soul-sucking enough as it is without people coming to work and seemingly trying to make your life a living hell.

It's crazy how people can't just leave others the fuck alone.

I haven't worked for awhile and the thought of going back makes me want to hang myself too.

Been dealing with this a lot this week. One coworker is very good at avoiding doing the hard work, leaving the difficult situations to be dealt with by me and another coworker. I've been complaining to my supervisor and they seem receptive, but nothing has changed. And because I've previously had a manic episode at work, I don't want to come off as crazy, even though the divvying of responsibilities is certainly skewed to favor her (we are in the same position).

If you believe you are truly indispensible and would incovenience them badly if you quit, I highly recommend threatening to resign. That is what it has come down to now, these days. Just know that good employees have all the power these days when it;s tough to find good people. If lazy managers know their job will be significantly harder without you, you'd be surprise how much leverage you have.

I keep learning the hard way stop working so hard. If management wants to throw a b**** fit about it just point the finger at the other people not doing anything. They either hold all of you accountable or nobody.
