  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

It depends what type of exercise I'm doing but I find with cardio matching the speed of the beat to the steps/pushes/movements really helps me zone out and do so much more than if 'feeling' it and conscious of time/distance/effort. Something like dance or dnb. But I'm a hopeless DJ and also get overwhelmed making gym decisions so most of my cardio is classes where the PT will have the playlist sorted.

Or on jogs, experimenting with spotify playlists to match my cadence (can find ones for different speeds if you search 'bpm' - or words like 'exercise' 'gym' 'motivation' etc.)

I use fighting game music and RPG boss music often. Most lyrical songs don't get me pumped because I focus too much on the words.

As far as I know, you need workout music focused on a woman's real needs.

That being said, If you're willing to include the following 2 minute video into your workout routine...

... then you're willing to survive any soul crushing workout that matches the ultimate following 40 minute video!

I enjoy listening to imagine dragons, my personal favourite of theirs when I'm working out is 'eyes closed' :)
