It's so exhausting to chat or speak. Getting information in and out of your head is tiring. I don't need more answers if i know a solution that works and i shouldn't speak if im not properly thinking through

It feels as if I'm losing words. Like holding water in cupped hands. Time and gravity are thieves. Then the words that are left don't make sense. Can't tell a story. The water that's left can't quench a thirst. All that's left is to pour it into something that matters before it is gone. And let time and gravity keep the rest. I relate.

Went nonverbal more often recently. Chest feels heavy when happens.

Whoever said sticks and stones can break my bones but words will never hurt me is a liar. Words have, if not more, power than physical interactions and brute force. Words are my pain and salvation. Yet I can't bring myself to speak half the time.
