So. Can't get my hands on sodium nitrite. I don't have anyplace I could perform a successful full-suspension hanging (at least currently, but if I find one I'll be very happy). Jumping off a bridge from 736 feet seems to be my only viable option, but the problem is I'm scared, and I could really use some words of comfort, if anybody would be willing to share any. <3

That's a very painful and traumatic way to go. How about you sit on the idea for a few days? Think it over some more. What's the rush?

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear this. I understand how frustrating it is to not be able to find a death that is accessible and not super painful. I wouldn't personally recommend jumping. It is possible to live through a jump like that. And I've heard from people who haven't succeeded with that method who said that the second they jumped, SI took over and they instantly regretted it.

I know there must be so many parts of you hurting to be this determined to die, and I am extending the parts in my system who have that same pain to let you know that even the parts of you that are suicidal are appreciated, and I hope they can be treated with the kindness they deserve. You're strong for living this long despite it all. Even wanting to die is another form of protection, to protect yourself from the pain, and I believe that even making that decision requires so much strength and determination. I am wishing peace and reprieve from pain for you <3

I'm about to go homeless.

Thank you ❤️ I just don't have any other options available to me I could use to CTB— jumping seems to be the only way. I wish it wasn't.

Being homeless is manageable. Call the helpline and get into a shelter quickly. Not enough of a reason to ctb. You'll get a case worker, they'll feed you and give you clothes. It's an adventure. A life experience many people go though

I appreciate the input but being homeless is far from my biggest problem. I'm also chronically disabled and unable to work a normal job as my heath keeps rapidly eroding. I've been considering CTB for 6 years at this point and I'm finally at a place where I believe I have enough invective to actually go through with it, but being homeless will be a problem for me as I may no longer have enough money to get where I need to go. I was just looking for some words of comfort. I don't need advice on how to get a case worker.

Sry this is happening to you. Being chronically ill is torture enough. I couldn't imagine being homeless as well. Whatever happens I hope you find peace.

It can rain forever! At some point a beautiful rainbow will appear❤️ I've been homeless and was forced to sleep in my car, it was terrible! BUT, I try to find the smallest things to be thankful for in any situation. Thankfully, it was hot outside. I barely had food and felt so alone. I worked very hard and I have my own place. I. Want to apologize to you that you are dealing with all of this.
Maybe you can take this time to apply for disability or medicaid if that's what it's called. Being homeless opening you up to different opportunities. I would encourage you apply for insurance and see a therapist to help you through this life changing events. Best wishes to you!
