Will partial hanging work

Saw a thread that said it's very difficult to ctb with this method.

I really want to do it... but will it work.. don't want to be ina vegetative state if it doesn't

This used to be my method but after too many failed attempts I gave it up. It's effective once you figure out how to find your carotid arteries but even then you have to figure out how to push past the SI of willingly hanging yourself. It gives you a lot of time to back out which for someone like me is probably not the best idea lol
