I am unsure if it will work as effectively as metoclopramide, but you do not need to refrigerate zofran. I have chronic stomach issues and have used zofran many times, and found it not very effective for what I was going through.

Should I just use Olanzapine

Wouldn't that help the gag reflex when taking sn?

@Carryline used Olanzapine and he ctb successfully
Oh, I see. I don't know anything about that med, just that zofran does not work well for me, while metoclopramide and promethazine helped with my nausea.

Must have used it as an anti-anxiety aid. Do the simple thing. Read the SN chapter in PPEH. Then check out what you get easily in your area. Otherwise, you will keep getting piecemeal and anecdotal information. Earlier you posted about body weight and SN it says in "similar threads" below. As the PPEH authoritatively says, 25g SN for normal weight, 35g over 100kg/220lbs. Ask on the site only if need something not covered in the PPEH. Easier.

Other than PPEH and Stan's guide, there is this post on here, that gives more information. Zofran isn't the right choice. That post explains it a bit.
