This is my plan

Fast for 8hr and no water the last 2 before SN
(Wed 1:15am) Last 45min 30mg olanzapine Antiemetic
(Wed 1:30am) last 30 min 400mg tagamet Acid Regulator
(Wed 2:00 am)Take Sn

Also Does the mixture of water and SN have a shelf life before it becomes ineffective?
Also i just started taking Olanzapine again, 12am 10mg since Monday 12am, i plan on taking sn at 2am Wednesday

That looks fine to me.

I don't know how long SN lasts when it's mixed with water. I'm going to be making mine on the day.

I'm waiting on a buddy who has access to the peaceful forum to give me a reason. I'm not really sure I'm not very smart but I'm thinking it's because of the nitric oxide formation which would cause you to lose Consciousness quicker. I don't know though.

By NOT taking an antacid more notice acid is formed. We are still waiting from an answer from exit international.

Stick with stans guide to SN in terms of schedule and try and mix the solution on the day you will use it. It should be ok for a few days if already mixed but i would still not risk it.

Also make sure you have another mixture ready just incase you vomit.
