Will milk of magnesia be a good replacement of cimetidine/ranitidine in SN method?

The anti-sickness stuff is more important. I find it hard that you cant get something that you buy over the counter for one pound in the UK but can get the other stuff you need but those drugs are simply indigestion tablets and I have never found ranitidine as good as baking powder anyway for indigestion.

How much should I use? One tablet is 400mg aluminii hydroxidum + 400 mg magnesii hydroxidum. It's Maalox and the method of administration is suck or chew
