Method Will lyrica/gabapentin substitute for Benzodiazepines for my SN plan?

I am prescribed lyrica for anxiety will be it be enough to keep me calm throughout the process?

It does work, but it's much more mellow in my opinion. It works more for overall/general mood rather than for panic attacks for example.
Of course higher dosages can be a different story.
