Would this work? Really good anchor only rope I have. Got it from a work friend a long time ago. What about some socks for padding? And if I just knelt down? What are we thinking?

Yes I practiced kneeling and standing leaning forward and get very very lightheaded in about 7 seconds and then si kicks in

I can't get sn nor could
I fast for that long without family suspecting something I wonder how successful
