Buy some cleats, metal for better grip and it wouldn't really matter too much if you sucked at climbing fences.
That's a pro idea. I would do that. No climbing needed, and maybe people will think you work there Since why else would you have a ladder...

most people hesitate. Jumping can be scary. That's why I like the idea of a cup of liquid in a quiet comfortable place.

Theres two rows of fencing..If you get over first one with the cleats/ladder you still have to go over that second one..That one looks like it would be more difficult as there is nothing to grip with your feet.Plus everyone in that area knows it as "the suicide bridge",so they would most likely be on you or calling the authorities right away.

You're joking, right? You suggest slinging a 9-foot ladder over my shoulder and casually walking it to a good spot on a popular suicide site and you think no one will call the police? or intervene on their own? I don't trust the world to be *that* oblivious.
@Whitewash11235814, I reckon you can look up the details of the bridge and its barriers, but they look designed to be hard to climb. Please be careful.

Well I don't know anything about the location but it's still better than trying to climb over the fence while being unsure if you even can. Also I was thinking more of parking a car and taking out the ladder. Not perfect but neither is jumping from a popular bridge to begin with.

I do not believe there is any way you will be able to climb that fence without drawing any attention. Someone will intervene.

Is it possible to park on the bridge as close to the fence as possible, climb on the roof of the car to get over the fence? I don't know how busy this bridge is but maybe middle of the night?

Wear a Hi-Vis vest and carry the ladder, no one will question you as you'll look like a maintenance worker. Could even try getting a hard hat to make yourself look more legitimate.
