My pain is so bad these last couple of days. I've taken a plethora of medication with no luck.

Last night, my thighs felt like something was eating them from inside and my back hurts so bad I want to blow my brains out...

So sad, so sad...

Just really looking for validation and love in these times. They are excruciating and I spend these moments alone more often than not...

Thanks! Unfortunately there is no good coping mechanism right now. I mainly just suffer through it all.

Severe fibromyalgia and diabetic Neuropathy.

I really wish I had the power to take your pain away, but all i can do for you is lend you my eyes and ears. I don't know if you have ever watched the Matrix movies, but in Matrix Reloaded, Neo had obtained the power to astral project his hand and pierce the body of someone and yank out their pain, and then they were cured. I know this is fiction, but I wish I had that power, so that I could yank out your pain and cast it out of you. I'm sorry for saying weird things, but it hurts that I'm powerless. I hope nothing but peace and love for you.

I don't suppose you've tried 5-HTP for your fibromyalgia? I've heard some good things about it for that. This is assuming you're not taking anti depressants of course.

Dunno what 5-HTP is. Sounds like a peptide. I take Wellbutrin.

It's just a precursor to serotonin found in bananas, there's actually no interactions between 5-HTP and your medication since it doesn't work on serotonin receptors.

Might be worth a go, you can get 100mg pills pretty cheap. You only really need to take them for a month or so and they don't have any nasty withdrawals or anything like that

Hope you don't have any more awful flair ups; mine definitely increase my suicide ideation a lot; really sucks having to sit through them :(
