Why so much people here try ctb with SN? Why no overdosse or any other metod?

SN is proved to be reliable while being relatively painless and accessible.
OD is generally not reliable, there's only a handful of stuff you can OD on and most are illegal. Technically using SN is a kind of OD too.
Hanging is popular as well.
