Why N availabity is rated 2/5 in PPH?

Why N availabity is rated 2/5 in PPH? I don't understand, from what I read in the threads here, it's very difficult to obtain. You have to email A and hope that the try is a hit, if not you will lose a lot of money. If it is so difficult, why is it not rated even 1/5? I say this because 2/5 seems doable to me.

It's rated 2/5 because A is a reliable seller. There have been and hopefully will be other suppliers, but he seems to be the only reliable one with good quality N.

I don't think A is so reliable. I read posts from people who say that they didn't receive the bottles, or that they received broken or not completely full of liquid. I am aware that it is not a normal transaction, but I would not go so far as to say that he is a reliable seller.

Yea I read some of those, I guess A for a couple months there had some issues and wasn't delivering properly. But I've heard other reports more recently of people having a good experience with A. I myself had a good experience with A, received my package just as I ordered, sealed and packaged nicely and in under a week. I don't know what was happening with A before, I guess some people had some bad experiences. I for one had a good experience, but that's just me..

He is risking his life for people and he knows why people need it.

The raids started in june last year.
In France 120 bottles were confiscated by police who ordered. In spain also people got arrested and raided.
And his partner of A got arrested few months ago.

So he had to adjust to the situation and the the waitinglist got longer.

Interpol the DEA and Australian task force is hunting him and trying to intercept the bottles.

I believe it takes into account that mail ordering isn't the only route. It's not fully condemned, there's hope (breaking into a zoo's infirmary, dating a vet shop owner ? right...). It should have been updated since the on-land tightening and legal crackdown 3/10

On this topic, I would revise other ratings preferably, regarding availability alone :
- Propoxyphene 8/10 > 2/10, impossible online, must live in a rare misc country where still unrestricted then aim for prescription
- DDMP 8/10 > 2/10, 600 to 1000 pills to collect, to span over an extended period of time, difficult the legal way / through DN there is supply but high chances to end up in trouble (many shipments, mammouth quantities), cost

Mexico has a hard customs protocol because od cocain remember they have cartels so he take a other route

Just like ups and down in everything in life its also for criminals. He is a old-school guy and keep his goal and try his best.

He was crippled by police operation but is slowly coming back.
