Why is so hard to say goodbye?

Hi...

I have no idea how to start this, it's hard for me to think right now. My little companion, my dog, has been in the hospital since last Thursday. I've been going to check on her every day.

But no matter what the doctors say, It seems her light is fading; every day I notice her becoming weaker, sadder and that is slowly killing me.

Every doctor says that she will be ok, that she will get better. But there's something on their tone that doesn't sound convincing.

She's my last will to live in this fucked up world, I've been coming to this place for the last 8 years... If she leaves, I'm totally done to do whatever to be with her. She has been for me in the worst moments and I feel frustrated that I can't do anything but wait.

I can't sleep, I have no appetite, and I would give anything for her to recover.

Everything I say might not change anything, but I don't know what else to do.

I'm so sorry :/ That's so sad. It's hard to lose someone in life especially a close friend like a pet. Sending hugs and strength. I hope your dog survives.
