Why is SN so expensive?

Pretty much just wondering how it's so much money? I see a lot of people quoting it as $600-$900 for one bottle.

Is it illegal in some countries?
Hard to get hold of, if so, how? Where is it manufactured?
Is it a lot because people know why people want it and are using it to exploit them for more money?

Is it risky for the sender, if so why?

SN is very cheap. N is expensive. It's because it is illegal. If you have a prescription it really is not very expensive...for veterinary use.

I think you mean N. Yeah, it's illegal in many countries and only veterinarians are allowed to buy it. That's why it's so expensive. SN isn't expensive at all.

Sn is much much cheaper. It's almost always easier to come across. In the USA sn is legal for purchase to anyone. N is illegal, therefore very hard to come across, expensive, and usually it's a scam. That's why many people go with sn. It's pretty cheap, pretty easy to obtain, legal, and not usually a scam.

Meto is the hard one to get in many countries.

This is partially accurate. There are Chinese companies synthesizing the product legally. There has to be access to veternarians and doctors to purchase this product legally. Synthesis is protected under patents. In the United States Akorn Inc. owns a patent on pentobarbital sodium, and that expiration is set for 2033. There are legalities in place that can effectively continue this patent even without an expiration.
