Why is nobody ever on my side?

Is it really that hard to at least try and understand me? Instead of trying to find my faults and telling me to be 'logical'.

I know my own faults better than anyone. I know I'm selfish and I'm a bad person better than anyone. You don't know me better than me

Yes. And it's not because of you. We, as humanity, lose empathy and fast. Most people i know can't "walk a mile in somebody's shoes" even if they try. And they don't want to try because this will bring them discomfort or even pain. Only a handful of us still have ability and will to put themselves in your place and at least try to understand.
