Why is your source a secret?

Moral obligation?
Is it for harm reduction?
Prevent impulsive or unecessary suicides?
A bit arbitrary on a ctb forum.
Also who are we to determine if someone qualifies for suicide or not?

Is it to protect the source?

Is it because its "relatively" easy to find so we should be fair and do the work ourselves?

Did this whole thing go over my head and it's just to ensure the site does not get shutdown?

People gatekeep sources because there are people out there that pretend to be friendly and suicidal and are actively reporting every source they find to the police :) If there were none of these people, I can assure you there would be more sources out in the open.

For another example there is no such thing as rope sources because people can't outright ban or report sources to ropes, SN is not this way unfortunately.

imo SD sn was shut down because too many people ordered from here and posted threads about it. they used initials but still too many people found out about it, too many people went to the gold mine at one time

in 6 years i've seen this happen to every SN source one by one as they became mainstream on this website.

and horribly i've seen this happen to the only reliable genuine Nembutal online source N from D.

so now none us, you , everyone of the 8 billion dont' have Nembutal source to escape this hell. there were nembutal sources for at least 15-20 years online mostly linked to the peacdfull pill handbook. . just too many people ordereed nembutal at one time from this site and so the government monsters arrested D. like for 20 years up til early 2022 Nembutal by email.

the thing is D was in operation for many years. and if you searched long and hard enough you would find Nembutal from D. but now that he is in prison no there is no N . no matter how hard you search you can't find something that doesnt exist.

but they don't have to arrest the source. sometimes a company doesn't know what people are using SN for. but as massive numbers start to order and talk about it they find out and stop it .

members don't realize thousands of people will see your post as we are on the internet. if each PMs 10 and each one of those 10... very soon hundreds could be ordering at around the same time period .

A big part of it is to protect both the site and the sources. At its core, its not really about you or any one person, its just the shitty world we live in.
That said, ill bet this post will get you some people who will send you a source.

It's going to be insanely difficult to source any kind of barbiturate because there is no demand for those kinds of drugs anymore. Doctors just don't write prescriptions for them anymore ever since the advent of much safer benzos.

Any Nembutal or things like Seconal found on the dark web are 99% going to be a scam. Or, they would want thousands and thousands of dollars for an amount that is not enough to CTB.

If I knew how to use the dark web, I would just look for propofol. Its very short acting, which is why they feed it to you continuously by IV during surgery. I mean, you wake up in 5 or 10 minutes after it's removed. However, if you were to combine that with a plastic bag over your head, it would be more of a guarantee than Nembutal.
