Method Why dont we see much about the SN method in the media?

Not many people are doing it or isnt it working? Even if you google theres not much about it

I'm not sure why but with basic medical tests it's undetectable so it may be the reason

It remained unclear to me reading about this method in PPEH. They say you will die in 40 minutes, but then they rate it 6/10 in reliability. I presume the risk of vomiting is greater with SN even with use of antiemetic. But if SN can kill a wild pig, same aplies to human.
