Discussion Why does PPHB recommend you to overdose on benzos?

Is it really a good idea? I know that the goal is to die obviously, but can't it fuck you up if you end up surviving or something? Wouldn't it be better to take a more normal dose 1 hour or so before the SN?

You really want to ensure sedation without unnecessarily compromising the process. So there is a balance there that it is worth experimenting to determine if you have the resources to spare. You aren't supposed to go overboard, which is unnecessary anyways.
