It's like relatively often and whenever I dream about it I wake up straight away, but a few days ago I had a dream where I didn't wake up, but for some reason it's always the same method and that is that I jump off some roof and The other day it was different because I didn't wake up, I was lying down and I couldn't breathe properly and I had my eyes closed and my body felt strange

Have any of you ever had something like this?

I get these types of dreams more often now. Kind of spooky but a little bit fascinating to see all the different ways I try (and fail since it was just a dream) to die. Definitely a scary experience to wake up and feel/be unable to breathe.
