I believe urine is pretty sterile. You can even drink and nothing bad should happen in theory. Never tried it though.

I'm pleased to be able to put that lie to bed and confirm you can piss to your hearts content and nothing happens.

Turds float though, so that isn't so easy to hide.

Unless you've been eating porridge, and then they sink and you're all good.
