I don't know about you bunch with anxiety, but for me it is constant self awareness. At work, if someone asks me to do something for them I become so self aware that I can "feel" the thought almost, and as I focus on it, the meaning falls away until. Like if someone asks me math questions, even simple ones, it can make me feel "dizzy". It's as if my brain takes whatever they ask me and screw it up, and this in turn fucks with my cognitive functioning. I also become aware of my blinking. And my thoughts get "stuck" whereby I can't focus on anything else. It freaks me out.

Yeah I'm guessing it's performance anxiety along with a bit of PTSD (IANADP - I am not a doctor or psychologist) since you mentioned that you become super aware even if your blinking and thoughts getting stuck.
