Which OTC pills have the highest risk of death if i overdose?
I know that there isn't any legal and easy to get pills that i can peacefully and with no pain die from. So im not looking for something that will kill me peacefully. I dont care if it's painful. im just looking for something accessible that i can get my hands on.

For me, if I didn't care at all about pain then I'd just go ahead and drown in some deep water.

if your happy to go through a lot of pain, 3 packets of paracetamol, a bottle of strong liquor and a packet of aspirin will do the job. but it is going to be extremely painful. i've done it and the pain was the reason i was saved. i was writhing in bed for about 36 hours and then someone realised that i was absolutely not okay and they took me to the hospital where i admitted to them what i'd took. a week in hospital, iv drip to replace food and acute liver failure later and i'm fine. it will work, but you've got about 3/4 days of agony before you'll get peace. i wish you luck in whatever choice you make

It's my understanding that Tylenol overdose is the most common as people assume it's safe, as for whether it's successful I've been unable to find literature on statistics. From what I understand once you're on that side there's a downward spiral

I would assume that most OTC overdoses would be very unpleasant as specific organ failure would be the cause of CTB, generally whichever organ metabolizes the OTC medication (ie. Tylenol metabolizes in the liver so liver failure is the result of an overdose). There's much less unpleasant methods on here

As far as I understood, OTC pills are generally not a good way to CTB
