Help Where to work as a chemist to access N?

Does anyone know the specific industry/job title/country/etc. that would provide someone access to N if they worked there as a chemist?

Recently for mere curiosity, I searched companies that produced N apparently some of them were hiring different professional roles. So it really depends, go to the "Careers" page and see what they are looking for.

In my country, N is used only to euthanize animals, so another way to get your hands on it, it would be to work in a vet clinic

Just get a job in a veterinary clinic. They use N to euthanize animals.
