You just walk in and ask for them.

I'll reiterate that if you are asking where to obtain syringes, you have a learning curve you may not yet appreciate. No clue where you are located, but in some countries a google search will quickly resolve the issue.

No, it's quite reasonable to assume that someone who is completely unaware of how to obtain syringes might be equally new to the concepts of Heroin and injecting technique. Take it easy.
