i never got deep enough, my gf got pretty deep around her wrist, but she couldn't get deep enough either (which I'm grateful for)... also ended up in hospital and wasn't able to type for like a week if i remember correctly
i'm not sure about the viability of cutting to ctb honestly

The most unreliable way to CTB. reconsider. Its not easy

Like the others said it's unreliable af (success rate ca 2%). It's more likely to be fatal if you stab your throat but still difficult so maybe you should look up other methods. I kinda like this method idk why but it's hard to get to the important arteries
