As mentioned by @Sensei have at it! Next to the thread title is a box to filter the thread into sub forums like venting. I'd tag it as such and just let it fly. No one's gona judge you here.

I believe you can vent whereever it fits. You can put venting next the subject from the drop-down list.

You vent here in the off topic area that is where I vent a lot not today though since I don't have much to vent about other than wishing my life was better.
