Where can i get SN in canada? or best place that ships reliably?

i would really like to know where i can get some good quality SN that will ship to canada.

I have a site earmarked. I have no idea if it's legit but some posts on here led me to searching the right things and I believe I have discovered the place. However some other posts indicate it may be compromised…

MS is site initials and they are located in a country currently at war. I plan to review more here about them before deciding to place the order. (Also a Canadian)
