I want to ctb soon. no stress no rush. no big pain. im already numb\relatively stable by lithium. I don't want to go to another hospitalisation, I don't want to change medication/ increase the dose. im aware that my life is not that bad at all. Im just not interested in this life. if that's making any sense. im already after 1.5 year of deep depression, 2 hospitalisations. its so much better now. still I don't like the way this world is. and I don't believe I have the power to change it. or the power to survive in it. any sources to SN in Europe? or other ways/tip to ctb.

I'm fairly certain DMC ships to the EU. but you'll just have to be lucky to get it through customs since they randomly check.
