Whenever I get PTSD flashbacks, sometimes I'll curse or say stuff like "I'll k*** you".

Of course, I don't mean it, but usually I can't hold myself back. I went to a psych ward in the past and can't own guns anymore anyways. There's a law that bans you from purchasing firearms if you've gone to a mental institution.

My parents tell me to shut up, but I can't even get my own mind to shut up.
