Hi there,
I just wanted to share with our community a great, in my opinion, video on stress/its roots, its impact on health and importance of self care.

It was great to be reminded of correlation between health and stress even though I am well aware that I owe my bad back and chronic fatigue (can't sit at the table without fear of passing out) to my chronic stress :halo: I think this video gave me hope of possibility of recovery even if I don't remember what a stressless/mental agony free life is.
I really look forward to read his book on this subject https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/450534.When_the_Body_Says_No
Has anyone come across this book before? What are your thoughts?

I read his book In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts; he is a very empathetic, progressive and smart doctor, as well as a good writer!
