Pretty self-explanatory.

Insensitively, because of my mindset as CTB nears, I am so proud that (earlier this year) on the same day I was starting a new job and quit it on the way home, the trains were delayed, mine included, and then cancelled completely.

Later on learned that day, I heard it was a suicide. But I kind of suspected there was some reason for the cancellations. Weather, fault, sick passenger, etc.
typical stuff.

Even more fascinating when i learned later it was someone I had known.
I was so glad he'd succeeded, minus a few days "alive" in hospital, and that he'd inconvenienced random strangers along the way.
It's the way society is now, I just don't give a flying F. Who cares if the driver was traumatised (you signed up for that job), who cares if the passengers had to take replacement buses or taxis (you'll get home soon enough you selfish workers).

It's all about me, me, me these days and that's most people's mindset. It's like the attitude of shoppers if there were christmas sales every day. You know how it is.

He'd "assuming lol have wanted me to add a LOL after this. Just to thrown in some dark beat here. So, lol.

Note: but I never knew he was depressed or suicidal. He never gave any signs. No one at the funeral knew either.

My second cousin lay in front of a train last year and was killed instantly. He would have been 20 years old on his next birthday. When I heard the news I didn't feel any grief, just surprised at the gruesome method he chose. I'm glad he's at peace now away from his bitch of a mother.

I'm very close to trying this method. My only fear is SI (survival instinct) kicking in and I chicken out last second.

Well regardless on how you choose to do it, Somone is going to have to pick it up sooner or later. Even if it's just the police.

@stargazer ,

Care to elaborate ? Surviving for a few days, that's horrific. Methods of train suicide, was he conscious, injuries ?

My response would be I am sorry my death delayed you getting home. Fuck off.

A good retort towards selfish people who decry suicidal people and impose life upon them.

Yes.. I always understood feeling bad for the driver but commuters often have such a shit point of view.

No clue. I just would assume, from what I heard at the funeral, he must've been clinically dead but kept alive by machine for a few days after. Not sure if he regained consciousness, I'll assume he didn't.
I wanted to ask, but then I didn't want to, about specifics of how exactly he got in front of the train, how fast was it going, etc .
Sorry

Must be great being a police officer (lol). Nowadays they usually wear those trendy blue gloves for those particularl 'obs' or 'call-outs.' No wonder they have dark humour once they've been in the job long enough as a cop or rescue worker or EMT or paramedic, or firefighter, whatever. Lol?

Spelling mistake. Should have been "jobs" next to "call outs." And the word is supposed to be particular.
It's sometimes hard typing here, makes me almost look mentally challenged. Thanks.
