Help When is a business permitted to purchase consumables or items useful for CTB?

Though it is perhaps a time-consuming and costly way to get materials, I've been wondering whether creating or joining a business would work well, and substantially reduce the chances of intervention at this stage of preparation.
A few examples of potential materials or benefits:

• easier access to items legal for individuals, but perhaps restricted to businesses or arousing suspicion, like SN
• toxic or psychoactive substances with industrial or medical applications
• assured purity/reliability or ability to verify it, important for things like inert gas tanks
