Venting When I have no one to talk to I feel sad, when I have enough communication I get overwhelmed. I feel like it's impossible to find the balance.

So recently, I've found people to talk to, but there are so much talking that I can't focus on what I want to do. And if i won't pay enough attention to the people, the connction will slowly went off. So at one point it's "fuck there's no one who would be interested in me" and "fuck i'm tired of it all why was i even seeking all this" at another... Something's wrong with me

I really resonate with this. When I'm alone I feel lonely and want company, but when I'm with others I feel overwhelmed and just want to be alone.
