Meto isn't dangerous at all. It's a drug for nausea.
What are you afraid of taking meto?

Edit: Okay just read more on the side-effects of meto and one the most common side-effect is "depression" and amonst the most rare "cardiac arrest" with no known frequency (so it's probably a very low amount of patients getting that)

Although it says it should often be IV if it were to lead to Cardiac arrest.

It depends what kind he sends you, which is seemingly random. When I asked quantity per item he said only 6.5g per bottle, this would mean you'd need two.
