nice ! which ones (also open to any recommendations you may have since we have similar taste, haven't watched anything in my watchlist or edited it in so long and I've recently have been trying to finish films 4-7 of the SAW franchise)You have good taste in horror movies. Forgot about that one. Absolute classic horror film. The Thing (1982)
I really liked May, Excision, American Mary, and Raw especially. Have seen all of them multiple times.forgot to add these to my list but I recently remembered them:
be my cat: a film for anne
audition (based on a book) (in my watchlist)

Have you seen The Killing of a Sacred Deer? Like Dogtooth, it's directed by Yorgos Lanthimos and the atmosphere is pretty similar, though I liked it even more.forgot to add these to my list but I recently remembered them:

nice selection ! I have Goodnight Mommy on my watchlist actuallyMy top 3 are Midsommar, Rosemary's Baby and 1408.
Ich Seh Ich Seh/Goodnight Mommy is also pretty good.

I haven't heard of any of those so I am excited to look into them thank you for the recommendations !I really liked May, Excision, American Mary, and Raw especially. Have seen all of them multiple times.
I honestly really liked Green Room and Blue Ruin, although they're not necessarily horror films. They can still keep you on the edge of your seat like a horror film though.
If you're interested in a french horror film (they always seem to be good) you could try Livid (2011).
Oh, yeah and if I recall correctly I skipped around the saw franchise and never watched any of them in chronological order, although I've seen a chunk of them.
For Goodnight Mommy, are you planning to watch the Austrian 2014 original? I haven't seen the American remake but I've heard it's not very good.nice selection ! I have Goodnight Mommy on my watchlist actually
I have seen The Killing of a Sacred Deer I may have to rewatch it since it been a couple of years since I saw it and I didn't get it at the time but thought it was good because I enjoy A24 films
have you watched their film Lamb? it's on my watchlist as well I don't know who the director is but I remember being intrigued by the trailer
yes I plan on watching the original I don't really enjoy remakes due to how bad they are usually or how over hyped they are (remake of Funny Games and remake of Martyrs comes to mind although I haven't watched them I am afraid they are going to be bad so I avoid them)For Goodnight Mommy, are you planning to watch the Austrian 2014 original? I haven't seen Lamb, but I'll definitely check it out! I've enjoyed the A24 films I've seen too. Have you seen Beau is Afraid?
