I know people here have used SN to ctb, and succeeded. Ive seen several reports of accidental deaths from it, and I know if you decide to live, its 100% reversible to a point with no side effects.

Acquire anti emetics and follow the rehearsed dosages for everything and you should be "right as rain." Any method is only as successful as your will to die.
