There is no point. Honestly life under capitalism is pointless and meaningless. Having to work for a living and pay bills and taxes sounds like such a depressing existence. I'd hate to have to do this for 50 years. I want out now! (before I've even entered the system) I'd hate to enter the workforce and become a slave to capitalism. I don't know how everyone is just okay with this.

you'd have to work under any ideology, but you don't work so why care about capitalism? i dont really care about those things either.

Because I'll eventually have to enter the working world and I don't want to…and capitalism is basically the cause of much pain and suffering in the world nowadays. So many people are being exploited as wageslaves because in capitalism, the only thing that matters is money, productivity and profit. They don't give a shit about the workers or you as an individual, just what you produce and how they can use you as labor. They just want to profit and make money off of you. Capitalism also relies on infinite growth so the price of everything is rising each year. I feel like other ideologies like socialism would be more humane

Yeah that's why I want to ctb, to escape having to work for a living. I'd hate to have to work to live and pay bills and stuff. I hate how we have to pay to exist and how existence costs money. I also hate the mundaneness of existence. I wish humanity would've invented a better system by now, after all we're the smartest animals on the planet, yet so many are still trapped in modern day slavery…I'm pretty sure that no one actually enjoys working. They just do it because they're forced to. Wouldn't it be nice if people never had to work again? I honestly don't see why we have to work for or earn our livings. Humans are the only animals on the planet that have to earn their living or pay to exist. No other animal is subject to this bullshit

The only reason we do things is to feel good and avoid feeling bad.

We will rationalise emotions and claim our lives have meaning. We will think we are main protagonists and our way is the correct way.

And one day it stops because our brain stops working. It is funny how we are just puppets of it and will even rationalise and defend our impulses like they are the truth. Even substances can change our ways of thinking because they affect our brain. I always found that funny and more proof that we are nothing but robots.

There isn't any. All that existing beings are doing is waiting until they cease existing, I just see existence itself as the most terrible and tragic mistake, it was completely unnecessary in the first place. I certainly see it as best that existence is forgotten about and erased, I see no value in meaningless and futile suffering that leads to nothing but decay and death anyway.

The way to be free in capitalism is to have capital that pays you dividends you can survive on. This takes at least a couple hundred thousand in investments to make happen. That's extremely hard to accumulate when the cost of living is so expensive. Even if you can live on capital and not wages this world still basically sucks.

The question to ask isn't what the point is, the question is whether or not it's worth it. Sometimes it simply is not worth it anymore, but that's for each individual to decide.
