• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Regarding SN, people keep saying propranolol this and propranolol that. I'm staring right at the 2022 PPH and it says:

So remind me, how much propranolol, why, and what's your source?

The advice regarding propranolol remains unclear, which is why it was removed from the PPH. While it useful in controlling anxiety from a racing heart, the claim that it makes the nitrite more effective hasn't yet been established.. Some argue that a racing heart more quickly uses up the limited circulating oxygen…speeding death… this has not been fully resolved.

There are certain cardiac conditions that can be accentuated by propranolol, such as significant heart failure, bradycardia (slow heart rate), or heart block. In such cases, the dose of 400 mg propranolol should be reduced..but generally 400mg will not lead to any chance of LOC (loss of consciousness).

An alternative option is to take propranolol at a lower dose for a few days prior. This approach has the advantage of minimizing any unexpected reactions to the drug, especially when combined with sn.

Propranolol can be taken as a regular dose for 48 hours prior, with doses ranging between 40 mg and 80 mg every 12 hours, to check tolerance.

Not sure how much I'm going to take quite yet, am still formulating what my exact protocol will be, but I'm definitely going to be taking it. Yeah, a racing heart rate might not be painful but why the hell would I not want to be as calm as possible before literal death occurs? My source will be an Indian pharmacy, probably. I just figure that if we're taking all this time to make a plan we might as well take all the comfort drugs available.

I always wondered if it would assist in LOC. Sucks for me, as I have no benzos.

I was just prescribed propranolol by my psychiatrist and was wondering if it'd be beneficial
