The right way is putting one self laid down like if we were sleeping . The head has to be in the middle. As long as the train hits and smashes the head first one doesn't have any chance of survival. The head and neck is the priority. That will make it fast and not painful at all. The only issue is that it is messy but that is for the public to deal with, not ones.

i know, its just the pain inside of me is bigger. I dont have access to any other methods. Been wanting to ctb for so long. Plan is to get drunk, take loads of pills and go there at 1.30am which is the last train.

i cant even think about the suffering i will cause to my mom, do you really think one is in the right mind to think about who is going to clean up my body at 1.30 am and how that will affect them?

yep, my mom works in the court here in portugal and it really is a daily thing here

I can assure you I have been to lots of people who have killed themselves on the train tracks as well as other methods and I could tell you about every single one as if I'd just been to them. Some were 10 years ago. We don't just 'continue living our lives happy thereafter' I will never ever forget any one of those people who lost their lives, what I saw and the story behind them.

I'm not saying any of this to make you feel guilty, I just want people to know the reality- we do actually care. We're humans not robots.

Yeah laying down in a way the head gets smashed or destroyed as soon as the train hits. The legs probably will be outside of the rail. Like the head will be smashed and the rest will be almost in one piece. I have seen some gore videos on it and thats how it worked .

Maybe OP should do the deed middle of the night (they live next to the track, so will know the timetables) and wears black, they might not even been seen.

Neck on tracks, watch out for snow plows if any, it can move the body to the side and cause it to go wrong. Instead, you can place the entire neck under the wheels as it's moving for decapitation.
Bending the head towards the incoming train so it's the first thing that gets hit works too, but you should make sure it's fast enough to ensure a painless death.

I feel bad for the bystanders but im pretty sure its police who cleans it up and a police officer friend of mine sees a lot of dead bodies so theyre used to it (i know because she sends me the pictures). Even if there are no bystanders, there is a driver and id rather not hurt one more person im already hurting so many
