I'll start: Sertraline 150mg, amitriptyline 50mg, clonazepam 1mg, lansoprazole 15mg

Most likely my cocktail will be a mix of SN and water! Don't know when, but every single day leads towards it more and more :D

I stopped taking my meds. They weren't helping
