Charcoal method?I planned on hanging myself, but will probably use the charcoal method. It is all the rage, as it were, in Hong Kong and Japan. Set up is simple; the body is not traumatized in any way. Victims of this method instead look as if they are asleep. A
Yes, look it up. It involves charcoal briquettes. When heated, they release co, causing death within an hour or so. A confined space is necessary, whether it be a bathroom or car. Once lit and allowed to burn, carbon dioxide is released, causing death within an hour or so. It is a very popular way to ctb in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore. You need two grills, briquettes and an enclosed space. The body is untraumatized in any way; victims look like they are sleeping. Check it out.Charcoal method?
the charcoal method is not straight forward. for Japanese it is a lot easier, their apartments are tiny I mean crazy small like i could lay down head at the furthest point from the door and my feet would still be outside. Then they seal ever crack with good tape, doors, windows etc and they use one burner maybe two if there is enough room but it is not easyI planned on hanging myself, but will probably use the charcoal method. Yes, the charcoal method is highly effective, insuring death within minutes. As long as there is access to an enclosed space, whether it be a bathroom or a car. A warning sign, out of consideration for the living, should be placed on the door or car windshield...how you word it is of course up to you.Charcoal method?
It's not that simple. I thought it would be too but research shows it can be if everything is perfect but people have intentionally tried and failed. There's a Bunch of CO threads to search. Why don't more people go with this over SN?
It seems simple enough.
Just the parts about SNIt's not that simple. I thought it would be too but research shows it can be if everything is perfect but people have intentionally tried and failed. There's a Bunch of CO threads to search.
I am considering the R2D Rebreather/Debreather after feeling SN might be too painful for me. Have you reviewed the resource compilation?

I am not absolutely sure but I have read Co2 hurts to breathe in too once it is dense, apparently it feels like a burning on the inhale
I've read a few post of people waking up with bad headaches and fatigue. Seems unreliable and there is no rigorous procedure. With co method, there is minimal risk...all is quiet, peaceful and quick.
I think he means If you did it to look accidental like campingIt would be very obvious that CTB occurred. You would have a container of burnt charcoal in an enclosed space.
There is also some discomfort with the temperature getting warm. And making sure the CO concentration is high enough.
If I had a gun, the matter would be settled...unfortunately, the people's republic of taxachusetts limits access to firearms. If it were otherwise, I would have ctb'ed a long time ago. I plan on going out with a partner, toasting decadence all the way. The Copley Plaza or Four Seasons, look like the best places to ctb. Unfortunately, the method (yes, we have settled on that) may make the charcoal method problematic.pretty sure gunshot, if done correctly. it's quick & easy.
What's a relatively painless way to ctb?

At least 3 ways used in euthanasia of people or animals are certainly painless and fast. They are: Nembutal, opiates and carbon monoxide.
When farm animals like pigs are euthanised with carbon monoxide they have no stress hormones in their blood. I am sure those two other methods are the same.
People in euthanasia organisation have seen many passings. One older member of Exit said he had seen over 20 person pass with 100% helium and that it was absolutely painless and fast.
I am sure that all methods in pph book are fast and quite peacefull. Some ways can just be harder to do. Like the CO method in pph. Acid machinery is hard to build for many and it can be hard to get over 10000ppm with charcoals. With energy generators it would be easy to get in small space.
