I'd try my best to get out or at least surround myself with those who I know, instead of trying to chat with someone new because even with our similarities, I'd never be able to maintain a conversation.

I'm sure a lot of people here would be the same and I don't think an echo chamber of mentally ill people would do well in person.. that's just my interpretation of everything, though.
